There is a growing population of children that are born with special needs. These special children probably inherited abnormal genes or have congenital disorders or diseases at birth that predispose them with certain disabilities. Special education courses usually are usually programs that emphasize on the needs and lack in the areas of a special child. No special child’s need is the same as the next special child.
