Critical Thinking
The essence of having an ideal learning program is to instill and provoke critical thinking among the learners. When critical thinking is prioritized in learning development, learners are not spoon-fed or made into robots. Learning actually integrates interaction from the student and teacher. Feedback is an important element in the learning process since it lets the teacher check if the student understands the concepts. But it is through critical thinking that the student can do to give the appropriate feedback to the teacher.
