Character Education
Apart from academics, character is an integral part in the development of a child. Character education is essential to improve a child’s emotional, physical and psychological development. This complements well with the mental development already provided in formal education. Understanding a person’s own being, his or her own environment, the people he or she interacts with in the society, and the values he or she abides by are important lessons we learn in character education. In the end, character education provides improvement in personality development, self-awareness, leadership awakening, and better relationships with other people.
